My journey into discovering my gifts started when I was just a kid. I first started to explore my gifts with my pets. I could sense when they weren't feeling well and before I knew it my hands would start to feel incredibly hot and I would hear a message telling me to go and place my hands over them and to imagine that I was sending them energy.
As I became a teenager, I started seeing spirits, which made me feel very afraid, and so I shut my gifts off for many years until I was faced with an incredibly difficult situation in my personal life.
When I was about 23 years old I started hearing and seeing things again but I didn't trust that it wasn't all just in my head and so I decided to speak to a medium. He confirmed everything that I had been seeing and feeling and he also gave me a deeper understanding of my gifts.
Within moments of getting of the call with him I had my first angel experience. Arch Angel Micheal appeared beside me. He exuded so much heat that I literally had to take a step to the side but as soon as I did he moved right in front of me and he placed his hands directly onto my chest.
As he did, my heart filled with that same warmth. It took my breath away. He vanished and then later that same night he woke me in the middle of the night to gift me a gift.
He said to me: "I am giving you these wings." And I felt him place his hands on my back. And in my mind I could see a big pair of white angel wings appear. Then he told me "You can use these wings to protect yourself or you can also give others wings to protect themselves too".
He then gave me a sword and told me that I could use it as my last resort to cut away dark energies. After that he vanished again.
After that I ended up meeting someone who had created a practice circle for people to share their gifts in and so I went. To my surprise, I ended up seeing so much and feeling people's energy fields very strongly.
From there I started offering 1:1 energy healing consultations in people's homes and at chalet's.
I had my next earth angel initiation when I did my first spirit transition. After helping the spirit to cross over to the other side, a female angel came behind me and placed a golden halo on my head.
It was a really magical moment that I will never forget.
After that, I had many more magical experiences and initiations with so many other powerful beings such as:
- Mother Mary
- Quan Yin
- Isis
- Sekhmet
- Archturians
- Pleadians
- Hathors
- and more
I have my personal team of guides that work with me in each session I do as well.
About 6 years ago, my light language was activated as well, and since then things have shifted yet again.
Although I'd always sung, I never realized that when I intentionally used my healing gifts in combination with my voice that it would be able to activate others' spiritual gifts as well as their voices.
How My Light Language Healings & Activations Work
All of the sessions that I do are online. The only time I do in person light language sound healings and or activations is in group settings (or in special circumstances).
Each session is 1 hour long and the main difference between a light language healing vs an activation is that in the activation, I will guide you to make specific sounds and movements that my or your guides ask you to make.
Some of the things you may experience include:
- Tingling
- Big temperature shifts
- Feeling very peaceful, relaxed, and or spacy (many people feel like they leave their body and go on a journey)
- Big waves of energy moving through your body
- Big emotions coming up to be processed
- Feeling very blissful, joyfull or like laughing
- Like parts of your body are being energized and or activated
I open each session with a prayer and close each one by sharing all of the things I see, hear and feel with you.
I always feel, see, and hear things in each session that I do, but what I feel and see and hear changes from one person to the next.
The light language sounds that I make also shift slightly from one session to the next because I allow myself to act as a channel for your guides as well.
Sometimes I see people's memories, past lives, guides, and I am often shown different points on their bodies which need more attention. Sometimes I see organs, bones, or other parts of the body as well because one of my guides is a surgeon. Sometimes I simply see symbols, animals, and more subtle things like your aura.
Each session is different (even if it's with the same person each time).
How To Book A Session
Before I book a session with anyone, I always ask that they either send me a picture of themselves or that they send me their Instagram profile so that I can tune into their energy field.
I need to make sure that I am the right fit in supporting you and that my guides think so too. If I'm not the right person to support you in your healing and or activation journey, then I'll recommend to you between 1-3 other healers who are more aligned.
I usually book my sessions at least two weeks in advance (sometimes more, depending on the month) so I will always be sure to give you several options to choose from.
I charge $150 per session, which I ask to be paid in full at least 48hrs in advance in order to reserve your spot. Once I confirm that I am the right person to support you, I will send you the email address which you can send the transfer to.

Additional Education
Outside of doing Light Language Sound Healings, I'm also a nervous system rehabilitation and voice activation specialist.
I've been working as a holistic nutritionist since 2017, and I have extensive knowledge of the nutritional science of nervous system repair, the neuroscience of trauma, polyvagal theory, relational intelligence, neurodivergence, and more.
Everything that I do is with the intention of helping people to reconnect to their truth.
Some of my biggest passions include learning about all things mental health, human rights, natural ways of healing, and human behaviour.
I am not a therapist or a doctor, but I am trauma informed which allows me to support others through many of the highs and lows that can come up during and or after receiving a light language sound healing and or activation.
